Terms And Conditions of this Give Away!

1. Eligibility
   This giveaway is open to everyone aged 18 and over, except where prohibited by law. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Gotham Cinema Rides are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor
   The giveaway is organized by Gotham Cinema Rides & Creative Geekery

3. Prize
   Two (2) Four-Day Passes to New York Comic Con [insert year]. Prize includes event passes only. Travel, accommodation, food, and any other expenses are not included. Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged.

4. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must:

• Subscribe to the Creative Geekery YouTube Channel

• Sign up to our mailing list

Bonus entry: Share the giveaway post on Instagram tag three friends and tag @crativegeekery

1. Entry Period
   Giveaway begins on [9/25/2025]. Giveaway ends on [10/5/2025] (UPDATED). Entries submitted before or after these dates will not be counted.

2. Winner Selection
   One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries. Winner will be announced on Instagram  @gopthamcinemarides and on YouTube @Creative-Geekery. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification or an alternate winner will be selected.

3. Limitation of Liability
   By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Gotham Cinema Rides, Instagram, YouTube, and New York Comic Con organizers from any liability related to the giveaway. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, YouTube, or New York Comic Con.

4. Privacy
   Personal data collected (Instagram handle, YouTube username) will only be used for the purposes of administering the giveaway.
