Creative Geekery accepts voluntary contributions through third-party platforms such as Buy Me a Coffee or other integrated payment processors.

• All contributions are voluntary and non-refundable.

• Contributions do not constitute a purchase of goods or services.

• Any “thank you” perks or acknowledgments are gestures of appreciation, not guaranteed benefits.

• Creative Geekery is not a nonprofit organization; contributions are not tax-deductible.

2. Purchases and Digital Products
From time to time, Creative Geekery may offer digital downloads, templates, or other products for sale.
When purchasing:

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

• Payment must be received in full before access to any product is provided.

• Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file or download link has been delivered.

• Please ensure you have the proper software and equipment to use digital files before purchasing.

• Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or resale of purchased digital content is prohibited.

3. Payment Processing
All transactions are handled securely through trusted third-party payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Wix Payments).
Creative Geekery does not store or have access to your complete credit card information. Payment information is processed and stored according to the policies of the payment provider you select.
By making a payment, you agree to the provider’s own terms and conditions.

4. Subscriptions and Recurring Support
If you choose to support Creative Geekery through a recurring subscription (for example, monthly membership or donation):

• Recurring payments will continue automatically until canceled.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the payment platform’s dashboard (e.g., Buy Me a Coffee or Patreon if used).

• Refunds for already processed payments are not available.

• Creative Geekery reserves the right to adjust pricing or benefits at any time; notice will be provided before any changes take effect.

5. Affiliate Links and Sponsored Content
Creative Geekery may include affiliate links in posts, videos, or pages. When you click a link and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.

• Affiliate earnings are processed through each affiliate network and are subject to their payment terms.

• We only recommend products or services we genuinely use or believe will add value to our audience.

• Sponsored content will always be clearly disclosed.

6. Taxes and Fees
All applicable taxes are included or clearly stated at checkout where required. You are responsible for any additional local taxes or fees that may apply based on your region or country.

7. Refunds and Disputes
Refunds are not available for voluntary donations or digital product downloads.
